Our Farm Story...
Gore Farm is a diversified farm sustainably producing local products just outside St. Stephen, NB. All of our products are produced without the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides and with sustainable farming practices.
- To promote local and sustainable food consumption
- To foster relationships between the community, sources of local products, and their producers
- To provide quality local products, that are sustainably produced, to local consumers
Gore farm currently produces over 30 varieties of fresh produce, all grown on our farm, for our CSA members and for sale at local markets and events. As well as fresh, local vegetables, we provide limited quantities of our very own honey and free range eggs. We are always looking for new an exciting products to offer – come see us often to sample our latest products!
Gore Farm’s CSA Basket Program:
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a new relationship between farmers and the folks who eat their produce. CSA members sign up in the spring to receive a ‘basket’ of farm-fresh produce every week during the growing season. By paying in advance, CSA members help farmers afford early-season costs such as seeds and other field materials. CSA members accept to share the risks and benefits that come with the vagaries of the growing season. We commit to providing diverse, seasonal baskets of our exceptionally fresh, local produce, all grown on our farm.
Any available spaces in our yearly CSA Basket Program will be identified in late winter on our website. If you are interested in the program and would like further information, or to be placed on the waiting list for next year – contact us!
